Reflections of Gratitude
by Regina Sisco

The holiday season is here and it is time to share love and joy with those you care about. It is time to be thankful and grateful for all that you have in your life. Around the world this is the time of peace, goodwill towards all, and the time to reflect on all the goodness in your life.

Amazingly, another year has seemed to zoom by, as I reflect on what I have accomplished and experienced, I see how my life has evolved. I encourage you to find a few moments when you can reflect on your life this past year, how you have grown, all the wonderful things you have manifested. Even if you have experienced loss in some way, that too, evolves into an opportunity to awaken to a new aspect of yourself. How exciting is that, to be able to grow to a whole new level? Allow some quiet time for yourself--reflecting on who you are and where you are headed. You deserve to celebrate all the wonderful things you have created and allowed into your life this year. Be proud! Be grateful!

If any anxiety creeps in this week, simply remember to breath in peace and calm. You will have a beautiful holiday that flows easily and perfectly.
